Employment History & Eligibility Verification establishes a work history and ensures employment eligibility and compliance. We require the following documents: Employee Policies acceptance, W-4, I-9 with full ID, minimum of two forms of identification, a release to obtain information from previous employers.

DBS is set up to handle from one person to entire department back ground, credit, drug screening and many other pre-employment and on going employment testing and screenings.
