Initial Screening includes an Associate’s evaluation of the candidate’s general skills, aptitude and availability for current and pending client assignments.
The Application summarizes the applicant’s personal/professional background. Our application process ensures compliance with employment eligibility.
Skill Assessment includes a series of specific evaluations defining each applicant’s capabilities are based upon the client needs and job requirements.
The Interview is conducted by a trained DBS recruiter. Here we assess applicants’ technical/professional skills, personal goals, performance expectations, appearance, attire, alertness, attitude, manners, voice, as well as their ability to effectively communicate.
